Lodging Department
Our Lodging Team provides hands-on care and enrichment for pets during their stay, making sure every guest is safe, healthy, and happy. Responsibilities include feeding, administering medications, walking dogs, leading play sessions, cuddling cats, caring for exotics, and keeping pet parents updated on their stay.
Daycare Department
Daycare Attendants supervise group play, ensuring dogs are safe, happy, and engaged throughout the day. With experience in animal care, you’ll manage play groups, use proper handling techniques, and help every pup have the best day ever.
Reservation Specialist
As the first point of contact for pet parents, Reservation Specialists help families plan the perfect stay, play, or spa day for their pets. You’ll provide excellent customer service while booking reservations, answering questions, and sharing all the exciting services Stone Mountain Pet Lodge has to offer.
Front Desk
Front Desk Agents are the friendly faces who welcome pets and their families. From check-in to check-out, you’ll handle reservations, answer questions, and provide top-notch customer service that makes every guest feel at home.
Grooming
Our Grooming Team helps pets look and feel their best. From baths and brush-outs to full grooms and spa treatments, you’ll make tails wag while keeping pets clean, comfortable, and stylish.
