Healthy & Happy: The Power of Pet Grooming
Quality pet grooming is more than just a picture-perfect dog or cat—it’s a vital part of their care routine! Regular visits to the dog or cat groomer support your pet with:

Improved Skin & Coat Health
The bathing and brushing process removes dirt, bacteria, and debris to keep your pet’s coat healthy and irritant-free. Our pet-specific shampoo and conditioners provide hydration and nourishment for a shiny, strong, and healthy coat. It also prevents matting, which can form easily and cause discomfort if the coat is not maintained.

Reduces Shedding
Our specialized brushes have extra-long, specially shaped tines that gently and precisely remove trapped or loose fur, even from the innermost coat layers. This reduces the amount of hair left to shed around your house (or to throw up in a hairball).

Paw Health
Regular nail trims prevent uncomfortable nail overgrowth in both dogs and cats, improving your pet’s mobility and long-term joint health. Nails that are left to grow too long can rip or split, get caught on carpets and furniture, and even contribute to gait abnormalities. Most pets benefit from nail trims every 4-6 weeks.

Early Detection
The grooming process allows our highly trained professionals to look for any lumps, bumps, cuts, lesions, and any number of other health concerns. This early detection allows pet parents to respond quickly if treatment is needed.
Pet Grooming FAQs
What vaccinations are required for dog grooming?
For the health and safety of our guests and staff, we require our dog guests be current on their vaccinations for rabies and the distemper combo.
What vaccinations are required for cat grooming?
To maintain the healthiest and safest environment for our cat grooming guests, we require proof of vaccination for rabies and feline distemper.
What are your grooming hours?
Our dog grooming and cat grooming salons are available any time during our operating hours. Please call to schedule an appointment.
Are appointments required?
To ensure efficient service and the shortest possible wait times, we do require reservations for pet grooming except for dog nail trims, for which walk-ins are welcome.
Can you groom my puppy/kitten?
Absolutely—in fact, we highly recommend bringing your puppy or kitten in for their first services while they’re young. We offer specialized packages to gently and positively introduce your pet to everything the salon entails, from handling to unfamiliar sights, sounds, and textures. This process helps set them up for a lifetime of relaxed, easygoing grooming visits.
Can you give my pet a specific style?
We’d love to make your pet’s ideal style come to life. From breed standard classics to specialty cuts and custom requests, our talented groomers will work with you to achieve the results you want.
What kinds of products do you use?
Our dog grooming and cat grooming salons use natural, pet-specific, gentle products in a range of specialties and scents. Ask us how we can customize your pet’s bathing experience.
Can I add grooming to my pet’s boarding/daycare visit?
Absolutely! Just let us know at the time of reservation, and we’ll book your pet with the salon.
Do you offer pet transportation?
Yes! We offer a safe and convenient pet taxi service to and from our resorts across the whole metro area. Please call us for more information.
What types of pets do you groom?
We provide professional grooming for both dogs and cats, offering everything from full-service grooming packages to quick touch-ups like nail trims and baths.
How often should my pet be groomed?
The ideal schedule depends on your pet’s breed, coat type, and lifestyle. On average, most dogs benefit from grooming every 4–8 weeks, while long-haired breeds or cats with thick coats may need more frequent visits to prevent matting.
Can Grooming help reduce shedding?
Yes! Our deshedding treatments help remove loose fur, reduce shedding, and keep your pet’s coat healthy and clean. This is especially beneficial for double-coated breeds.
How should I prepare my pet for their grooming appointment?
We recommend giving your pet a chance to exercise and go potty before arriving. Please also let us know of any special instructions, medical conditions, or behavioral concerns so we can provide the best care possible.
